Jessa selected her gown — a blush cap-sleeve A-line number with a fully beaded bodice of Swarovski crystals and pearls from Allure Bridal’s modest collection — from Tesori Bridal in Fayetteville, Arkansas. After removing several layers of tulle for just the right silhouette, it was perfect. “It was the second dress I tried on,” Jessa tells PEOPLE. “I love it.”
She completed her look with a delicate heart-shaped pendant (given to her by Ben, 19, when they first started courting) and a simple veil pinned into her long, loose waves. And as for that enviable “Duggar hair” and glowing skin Jessa sported down the aisle? Turns out, having eight sisters comes in handy: They pitched in to help give Jessa her glossy, classic curls and fresh-faced, romantic makeup look.
